Tell Me About Your Design Vision, And Why Its Important To You To Claim One Of These Final Ten Slots *

I want to hear from you! Why would you want one of the last custom Kayla Douglas Artistry pieces?

I understand that this final custom commission is a flat-rate investment of $2,400 with a minimum deposit of $500 to start the design process and claim my spot. I am financially ready to secure my slot with a deposit if my application is accepted.

We have limited spaces for this last ever offer, please note a deposit is required for your application to be accepted as every slot is accepted on a first come, first serve basis and we will not hold slots. Once all 10 slots are filled I will no longer be accepting custom gown orders moving forward.

Thanks for your submission! I can't wait to work with you!

Thank you for submitting your custom gown form! As you know, I will only be designing ten custom gowns moving forward in this exciting new journey of design! I look forward to reading your submission and working with you if you're one of the ten lucky people chosen! Look for an email from me within 7-10 business days about your submission!

Xoxo,

Kayla
