Welcome to the Kayla Douglas Artistry VIP Event of the Year. An exclusive, invitation-worthy experience created for photographers who demand more than just content. This is where couture collides with concept. Where luxury lives in the details. Where every frame becomes legacy work.
For one night only, we are transforming a massive professional movie production stage at MG Studios Las Vegas into a 14-set cinematic editorial experience.
Yes. Fourteen.
Each set is fully designed, styled, and art directed by Kayla Douglas Artistry, featuring original couture gowns, custom-built installations, and immersive environments crafted exclusively for this event. This is not rented décor. This is not plug-and-play styling. This is couture world-building on a production scale.
One of the sets will feature a stunning classic car installation for that timeless, high-fashion edge.
All backdrops are provided by Babydream Backdrops.
Lighting stands by Cheetah Stand.
Five signature creative sets are co-directed alongside world-renowned fashion photographer and educator Lindsay Adler, featuring lighting powered by Nanlite and creative filters by PrismFX.
All remaining sets are professionally lit using Geekoto lighting.
From 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, photographers rotate through each immersive scene, shooting fully styled models in couture looks designed specifically for this production. Expect intentional lighting setups, bold editorial direction, and high-impact imagery that feels straight off a magazine cover.
Following the main event, guests are invited to an optional VIP Afterparty from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Open bar.
Curated music.
Dance floor energy.
Pool access if you want to bring a swimsuit and celebrate properly.
The Afterparty add-on is $105 and includes a fully open bar from 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
This is not a workshop.
It’s not a styled shoot.
This is the event.
ALL SALES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
Each attendee will be issued a unique QR code for entry. QR codes will be scanned at the door.
If you are no longer able to attend, you are responsible for reselling and transferring your ticket to a new purchaser.
Only one scan is permitted per QR code. If a QR code has already been scanned, entry will be denied. Security will be present at the entrance to ensure event integrity.
