Welcome to the Kayla Douglas Artistry VIP Event of the Year: an exclusive, invitation-worthy experience designed for photographers who demand more than just a portfolio update. This is where couture collides with concept. Where luxury lives in the details. And where every frame tells a story that’s never been told before.

For one night only, we transform The Lexi Hotel in Las Vegas into a multi-set editorial wonderland. Attendees gain access to 10 to 12 fully curated scenes, each hand-styled and art directed by Kayla Douglas, featuring original couture gowns and custom-built designs crafted exclusively for this experience.

This year, five of those sets are co-directed in collaboration with world-renowned fashion photographer and educator Lindsay Adler, in partnership with Nanlite. Expect elevated lighting, bold composition, and visual narratives that push creative boundaries.

From 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, photographers rotate through each immersive scene—guided, inspired, and lit to perfection. Following the main event, guests are invited to indulge in an optional VIP Afterparty from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM, featuring an open bar, curated beats, and a dance floor worthy of the runway. ($105 add-on) includes a fully open bar from 10-1am with music. Feel free to bring a swimsuit and enjoy the pool as well.
